INGREDIENTS
- bread - 6 slices
- green chutney - 2 teaspoons
- carrot - 1 small, grated
- salt - to taste
- pepper powder - as required
- cumin powder - few pinches
- cheese - 2
- butter - 1 teaspoon
- carrot, capsicum - few thin slices
- salt
METHOD
- Take each bread slice and trim the edges. Roll each bread slice with a rolling pin. Roll as thin as possible.
- Apply water on the edge of each slice. Take one slice, apply butter on it. Add grated carrots on top of it.
- Place another slice on top of it. Carefully press well so that both the pieces stick together. Spread green chutney on top of it. .
- Place another slice on top of it. Place one slice of cheese and press gently. Add thin slices of carrot, and capsicum. Sprinkle pepper powder, salt, on top. Hold the three bread slices and roll tightly.
- Roll it tightly, cover it with a cling wrap and put it in freezer for 20 minutes. Cut into thin slices.
- Serve pinwheel sandwiches with tomato ketchup.
