Shortbread recipe





Ingredients:
Flour 450 gr.
Butter 200 gr.
Sugar 1 Cup
The cooking process:
The oil should be at room temperature. 
Mix soft butter with sugar and beat with a whisk until airy and creamy.
Add seeded flour, 300 grams, mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle the remaining flour on a flat surface and knead the dough until elastic state.
Roll out the dough «sausage», wrap in plastic wrap and put half an hour in the fridge.
Remove the clingfilm and cut the «sausage» of dough into circles in the thickness 1 see
Prick circles with a fork and place on lined baking paper baking sheet.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
