Milk 200ml
Honey 2 teaspoons
Vanilla essence half teaspoon.

Method
- 1. Place the bananas, milk , honey and vanilla essence in the Liquidiser and blend at speed 1 to 2 until smooth.
- 2. Pour the banana thickshake into individual glasses and serve immediately.
