Banana cake with butter cream




Ingredients
Pyureshki 1 cup of bananas (banana 2-3)
2 ½ cups flour
¾ cup butter
1 ½ cups sugar
3 eggs
¾ cup buttermilk
1 h. L. vanilla extract
½ h. L. salt
½ h. L. soda
1 h. L. baking powder
For cream
225 g of cream cheese, room temperature
225 g butter, room temperature
3 ½ cup powdered sugar
1 ½ hours. L. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 175 ° C, lubricate the two forms of oil. Beat butter and sugar, add egg. Beat the mixture of flour and baking soda. Add bananas, buttermilk and vanilla. Divide the dough in forms and bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick does not come clean. Allow to cool in molds 5 minutes, then turn on the shape and let cool completely.
Whisk the butter and cheese at high speed. Reduce speed and drive in powdered sugar, half a cup at a time. Add the vanilla.
Put on a plate a layer of sponge cake, brush with cream. Repeat with another layer, brush the entire cake with cream and decorate with slices of banana.
