CABBAGE PIE



Ingredients:
Cabbage (young) — 500 g
Egg — 3 PCs.
Sour cream — 5 tbsp
Mayonnaise — 3 tbsp
Flour — 6 tbsp
Salt — 1 tsp
The baking powder — 2 tsp
Dill — 1/2 bunch
Sesame seeds (for sprinkling)
Preparation:
1. Shred cabbage, salt and gently press down.
2. Add the chopped greens.
3. Beat eggs in a homogeneous mass.
4. Add remaining ingredients and knead the dough.
5. Form of grease with butter and put into it a cabbage
6. Pour the batter and sprinkle the top with sesame seeds.
7. Put the form in a preheated 180 °C oven, bake for 30 minutes until Golden brown.
