Ingredients:
— Black coffee with a strong sugar — 1/2 cup
— Biscuits — 500 g
— Sugar — 1 cup
— Eggs — 4 pcs
— Cocoa powder — 1 tbsp
— Butter — 250 g
— Vanilla sugar — 1 tsp
Preparation:
1. Preparation of the cream: sugar, eggs, cocoa powder and vanilla sugar mix, warm water bath until thick (stirring constantly). The mixture was cooled and, by adding small portions of the softened butter, whisk until smooth.
2. Wet the biscuits in the coffee and place layers in a cake form (preferably a split), smearing each layer of cream.
3. Put in the fridge to pour.
