Cake



Ingredients:
— Crackers (unsalted) — 16 pc
pudding:
— Starch — 2/3 cup
 Sugar — 1 cup
— A pinch of salt
— Milk (cold) — 6 cups
— Vanilla — 1 tablespoon
— Dark chocolate (chopped) — ¾ cup
— Peanut butter — ¾ of cup
Caramel sauce:
— Sugar — 1 cup
— Water — 5 tablespoons
— Butter — 4 tbsp
— Fatty cream — ¼ of cup
Chocolate sauce:
— Dark chocolate (chopped) — 2/3 cup
— Fatty cream — 1 tablespoon
— Powdered sugar — 4 tablespoons
— Warm water — 4-5 tablespoons
— Mini Snickers (chopped) — 12-14 pc
Preparation:
Pudding: starch, sugar, salt and milk, mix in a blender. Pour into a heat-resistant bowl and place in a water bath for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pudding is done when it is sufficiently thick (check on a tablespoon). The finished pudding, add vanilla, divide it into 2 parts and in one of them, stir in the chocolate and peanut butter in the other. For the caramel sauce Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and place on a small fire, stirring occasionally. Once the sugar has dissolved, increase the heat, and when it begins to brown — add the butter and heavy cream. Bring to a boil, stir until smooth, remove from heat and cool completely. .
For the chocolate sauce, chocolate and cream in a water bath. Leave on for 2-3 minutes to melt the chocolate without stirring. Then start slowly stirring. Stir in the icing sugar and mix. Pour 1 tablespoon of water, stirring after each spoon. The sauce should get enough liquid. Remove from heat and cool.
Cover the rectangular baking pan with foil. At the bottom and sides of the lay across the surface crackers. Put the first layer of chocolate pudding, then a second layer of crackers, a thin layer of pudding with peanut butter. Continue to spread layers of pudding, separating them crackers.
