sometimes we are so in a hurry from morning to work, that time for preparing breakfast does not remain.
We have found a solution to this problem and offers you easy recipes for breakfast, which you will not spend much time.
Curd and berry mousse
You will need:
1 pack of cottage cheese
100 g of strawberry (or other berries)
100 g of strawberry (or other berries)

1 banana
1 tbsp. L. Honey
Preparation:
We combine cottage cheese, strawberries, banana and honey and whisk in a blender until it is airy.
If desired, you can add muesli or oat flakes to the mousse.
Coffee-chocolate cupcake in a mug
You will need:
3 tbsp. L. Flour
1 tsp. Instant coffee (powder)
2 tbsp. L. Cocoa powder
3 tbsp. L. Sahara
1/4 tsp. Baking powder for dough
2 tbsp. L. Milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. L. Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. Vanillin
Preparation:
Flour, ground coffee, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder are mixed in a bowl and mixed well.
We add milk, egg, butter and vanillin. Mix everything with a fork until a uniform mass is formed.
Pour the resulting mixture into an oiled mug and put it in the microwave oven for a high mode for about 90 seconds, until the cupcake is ready. The main thing is not to overexpose!
Cupcake can be served with a vanilla ice cream ball.
Toast «Bliss»
You will need:
2 slices of white bread
1 tbsp. L. Chocolate paste
1 banana
Preparation:
A piece of bread is smeared with chocolate paste and put on it a banana cut in slices.
Cover with a second piece of bread and fry in butter from both sides.
