BANANA CHEESECAKE





Ingredients:
The basis:
200 g — biscuits (I used vanilla sugar)
about 60 grams — dissolved butter
1 tbsp. l. — Bitter cocoa (you can immediately use the chocolate chip cookies)
Cheese mass:
1 kg — good cheese
1 — large banana
1 — banana pudding
150 g — Sugar
150 g — natural yoghurt
Cream:
250 ml — chilled whipping cream
125 g — mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp. Leningrad-caster sugar, or to taste
bitter cocoa — for sprinkling
Additionally:
shavings of chocolate — for dusting
Preparation:
The basis:
Cookies crumble.
Add the butter and cocoa mix.
If the mass is not enough sticky, add a little butter, but do not overdo it with the quantity, cookies need to be more free-flowing.
The bottom shape with a diameter of 22 cm to lay baking paper.
The container and pour the biscuits using a teaspoon to seal around the edge of the mass forms a height of about 3 cm.
Other cookies lay on the bottom of the molds.
Cheese mass:
In a large bowl, place cottage cheese, add the sugar, eggs, pudding and yogurt natural.
Banana slice and mash with a fork — to add to the bowl.
All the ingredients to whip — just before the disappearance of lumps.
Pour the batter into a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven to 150 degrees for 1.5 hours (the middle of the cake when you move should not move).
After this time, turn off the oven, open the door and leave the cheesecake inside until cool.
Cooled down the dough and put in the refrigerator to chill for several hours, preferably overnight.
Cream:
Cold cream whip, when they become thick, add powdered sugar and a spoonful of mascarpone cheese.
Beat until then, until the mixture is thick and without lumps.
Put the cream on cheesecake, sprinkle top of bitter cocoa and chocolate crumbs.
