To prepare the cake «Earl ruins» need the following products:
Dough: 1 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1.5 st. flour, 1.5 tsp slaked soda, 2 eggs.

Mix all ingredients for the dough, stir and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Separate 1/3 of the dough, add in the remaining 1 tbsp. l. and cocoa mix.
Bake 1 light and 2 dark cake.
1 dark cake cake put on the plate, and the rest cut arbitrary shapes (diamond, square, triangle).
Beat 0.5 liters. sour cream with 1 tbsp. Sahara.
