Cake «Gypsy»



Ingredients:
For the cake:
Sugar — 2 cups
Cocoa powder (only the real, bitter!) — 2 tbsp. l.
Eggs — 4 pcs.
Low-fat sour cream or yogurt — 2 cups (400-450 g)
Wheat flour — 3 cups
Soda — 1 tsp..
Vinegar — 1 tbsp. l.
For the cream:
Butter — 200 RING.
Boiled condensed milk (milk is and not «milk-plant product»!) — 1 jar (350 RING.)
Cocoa powder — 1, 5, Art. l.
Milk — 3-5 Art. l.
For impregnation:
Strong brewed sweet tea (almost tea leaves) — 1 cup
Few spirits — brandy, vodka
Preparation:
Mix sugar, cocoa, eggs, yogurt, sour cream, adding the flour and mix them to the test and no lumps remained white specks flour. More soda to extinguish vinegar, and stir into the batter. Then pour the batter immediately (it will be quite liquid) into a greased form. Put the form in the oven and bake at 180 ° C, for about 30-40 minutes, until tender. Ready to get the cake from the oven, cool and remove from the mold. Prepare the cream. Mix the butter and boiled condensed milk. Then dilute cocoa with warm milk and add to the cream. Again everything thoroughly. The cream is ready! With a sharp knife cut the cooled cake into three cakes.
Prepare cakes for impregnation by mixing a strong sweet tea and some alcohol. Ideal cherry liqueur (if sugar is not necessary to add the tea). And you can just mix vodka with cherry jam. Gently using a teaspoon to soak the bottom cake. Then, smear cream on it — a little less than half of the total. On top of cream to put cherries — fresh or canned. Then cover the lower second cake and repeat the procedure. Leave a little cream to lubricate the top. Coat the cake with a cream top, sprinkle with grated chocolate and garnish with berries.
