Sweet cakes, the cream can be any at your discretion. The original whipped cream. I have the cream with mascarpone+ blueberry.
The dough for cakes done in 5 minutes, a little longer is baking, but it’s not terrible.

1 can of condensed milk
2 eggs

160g flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking powder
⃣mix the eggs, pour the condensed milk (take thick! I always buy «Rogachev»), mix again.
⃣mix the flour with the baking powder, pour in the condensed milk, stir until smooth.
⃣on parchment to draw circles. Put in dough and flatten (16-20cm will be about 5-6 layers). Put a bit, 2 tbsp, it’ll go up. The layer should be thin!
⃣pesem in a preheated 180C oven for about 7-10 minutes (watch the color!). Take out immediately (have it is important have) remove the parchment paper (I baked on silicone and still slightly greased with oil, very sticky cakes!), let cool on wire rack.
⃣gather better after cooling. Make any cream, add fruits/berries as desired. Cakes are very sweet, so the sugar add cream a little bit.
