Ingredients:
Cottage cheese (9% fat content) — 350 g
Soft feta cheese, feta or any other soft pickle cheese — 250 g
Flour — 4 tbsp. L.
Egg — 1 pc.
Different greens (dill, parsley, coriander) — 1 bundle
Freshly ground black pepper — to taste
Vegetable oil — for frying
Salt — to taste

Preparation:
1. Mix curd until smooth with cheese.
2. Add the egg and flour.
3. Finely chop the greens, mix with the curd mass. Try and add pepper and, if necessary, salt (if the cheese itself is not very salty).
4. Form cheese cakes and roll them in flour.
5. Fry them in a heated frying pan in vegetable oil from both sides to a golden crust.
6. Serve with sour cream, adding to it a spoonful of soy sauce.
