Beat eggs well. They should increase in volume several times, then add the sugar while continuing to whisk. Carefully enter the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cinnamon). Stir with a spatula. At the end, add the butter and mix. Bake for 30-35 minutes at a temperature 180’S.
