FAVORITE «SECRET» BURGERS




Ingredients:
● 1-1,5 kg minced meat (I have pork+beef)
● 3-4 medium potatoes ( raw )
● 3-4 onions
● 1 bun (or white bread)
● 1 egg
● milk
● salt , pepper , mustard , raises. oil
Preparation:
Potatoes and onions grind in a blender (you can skip through a meat grinder).The bun (bread) breaking into pieces and soak in milk so they were completely covered . Give bread to swell to absorb the liquid. Pressing the milk add the bread to the mince , I did all of the milk with the crumbs pour out here. Add the egg , the contents of the blender , salt and pepper to taste…but not perezalit…
I add 1 tablespoon of mustard . But also not overdo it …the amount depends on the strength. I have it not spicy , medium spicy. Knead well the minced meat , adding 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. And you can give him some rest(like dough). At least 10 minutes. Heat small amount of vegetable oil. With wet hands form patties , put them in the pan ,then diminish the fire and fry our burgers .
When they are browned on one side , turn them and cover the pan with a lid . Now our cakes and fried(second side) and baked . Before I roasted , and then stewed in gravy . Now this necessity has disappeared. Cakes turn out soft, juicy!
