How to cook a chicken with a crispy crust




Ingredients
Chicken — 1 pc
Garlic — 2 cloves
Lemon juice — 2 tbsp. L.
Eggs — 2 pieces
Flour — 50 g
Bread crumbs — 100 g
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp. L.
Butter — 30 g
Cucumber — 200 g
Of natural yogurt — 150 ml
Chopped greens — 3 tbsp. L.
Salt, ground black pepper — to taste
Preparation:
Wash chicken, dry and chop into parts. Peel the garlic, pass through the press and mix with lemon juice. Pieces of chicken salt, pepper and rub garlic-lemon mixture. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
