Ingredients:
Eggs — 3 PCs.
Milk — 2 tbsp

Preparation:
1. Eggs with milk, whisk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Chop the ingredients for the filling.
In a pan melt a knob of butter, pour 2/3 omletes mass. Add the stuffing.
2. Once the omelet is slightly brown on one side, pressing lightly, begin to fold into a tube to the middle.
3. Then move the rolled omelette to the center of the pan, pour the remaining mass and to bring to readiness (to a consistency that you can continue to fold an omelet).Thus you get a flat
