Strawberry mousse with natural yoghurt
For 4 servings:
Ingredients
Strawberries — 500 g
Gelatin — 16 g
Lemon juice — 1 pc.
Powdered sugar — 80 g
Cream (fat content 33%) — 400 ml
Natural yoghurt — 100 ml
Honey — 1 tbsp. L.
Brown sugar — 50 g
Of chopped almonds — 50 g
Preparation:
1. Wash strawberries, dry, 200 g of berries postpone.
2. Wash the gelatin. Juice to heat and dissolve gelatin in it. Sugar powder, 200 ml of cream, yogurt and honey to mix. From the strawberries to make a mash and mix it with yoghurt. Add the gelatin.
3. Whip the remaining cream with a mixer, mix it with the resulting mass. Put it in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
4. Pour sugar 1 tbsp. L. Water and, stirring, cook on a small fire until golden brown. Mix the almonds and pour on the parchment. Let it freeze.
5. Cut the remaining strawberries and put them on a plate. Frozen mousse spread with a spoon from above. Sprinkle with the candied almonds.
