Honey — 3 tbsp. L.
Candy (chocolate with nuts, break into pieces) — 150 g
Soda — 1 teaspoon.
Butter — 100 g
Cream 1
Yolk egg — 2 pieces
Wheat flour (with a slide) — 1 tbsp. L.
Condensed milk — 1 bath.
Butter (room temperature) — 200 g
Water (hot) — 125 ml
Cream 2
Sour cream (thick) — 350 g
Sugar — 3 tbsp. L.
Prunes (finely chopped) — 6 pcs
Decor
Chocolate chips (except for this, orange shavings, caramel shavings and dried strawberries.) — to taste
Glaze
Chocolate dark (break into pieces) — 150 g
Cream (fatty) — 100 ml
Butter — 25 g

1. Mix sugar, honey and butter. Put in a water bath and mix until homogeneous.
2. Add soda, eggs and sweets, stir vigorously until smooth.
3. Remove from heat, pour in 400 gr of flour, mix well and put aside until completely cooled.
4. After cooling, add a little more flour to make a soft and elastic dough.
5. For cakes, 23 cm in diameter, I divided the dough into 11 balls.
6. Roll each parcel on the parchment (I rolled it through the food film) and cut it so that a circle with a diameter of 23 cm is formed.
7. Bake one cake in a preheated oven for 180 minutes for about 10 minutes. We put it together by stacking the paper.
8. Divide the condensed milk into two parts. We pour water into one and put it on the fire a little. Mix the yolks with flour, pour in warm milk, stir very well — I had to strain through a sieve — and put it on the fire. Stirring, bring on a small fire until thick. Cool down.
9. Beat the oil.
10. Add the cooled cream and the remaining condensed milk. Beat with a mixer. Sour cream mixed with sugar — I immediately added prunes and in vain, it is better to sprinkle it on the sour cream, smeared with sour cream.
11. Lubricate 3 of the cake with a portion of the condensed milk cream, folding one by one.
12. We put them on, greased with sour cream and sprinkled with prunes, 4 cakes. Slightly sour cream is left for the sides. Then 3 cakes, smeared with a cream of condensed milk and the last cake is turned upside down and we do not cover anything. Boca coated with the remaining sour cream. We put the plank with a small load and leave the cake for a couple of hours at room temperature.
13. Cream bring to a boil and pour the chocolate, cover with a lid for 5 minutes, stir well, add oil and stir again — should not get a thick and not a liquid mass — if necessary, top up a little more hot cream.
14. We remove the load and apply the glaze to the last cake, cover it with the sides of the cake — it’s better to do it on the stand and lower the plate — the glaze will drain on it. Glaze the corn with a hot knife. Decorate to your liking, I sprinkled the sides with chocolate chips, and the top was dried strawberries with orange shavings and caramel shavings. The photo was taken in the evening under artificial lighting — it looks a bit darker. Put it in the refrigerator for the night. Before serving give a little stand at room temperature. Cut with a knife soaked in hot water.
