Cake RECIPE “Chocolate king” with figs, plums and blueberries

🌿INGREDIENTS:
💌For the dough:
1. Flour – 235 gr.
2. Soda – 7 oz.
0 gr.
8. Olive oil – 60 ml.
9. Vanilla extract (not vanillin crystal) – 2 tsp
10. Milk – 260 ml.
11. Vinegar – 1 tbsp
💌For the cream:
1. Chocolate (70%) – 100 gr.
2. Cream (33%) – 70 ml.
3. Butter – 15 gr.
For decoration:
Fresh figs, plums and blueberries.
🌿PREPARATION:
🍫To combine flour, soda, salt , sugar and cocoa. Mix thoroughly with a whisk
🍫Add eggs, butter (2 kinds), vanilla extract, milk
🍫Carefully beat with a mixer until a homogeneous, glossy mass.
🍫Added grape (ordinary will not fit) vinegar at the end and once again carefully mix the dough.
🍫Baking dish ( I have 18 cm) grease with butter and pour in it the dough
🍫Bake at 175′ – roughly 1 hour. To check readiness of a wooden skewer (should come out dry).
🍫Ready cake wrap film and refrigerate overnight. So the cake will be even more juicy, elastic and porous.
🍫Cut the cake into three equal parts and coat them with cream.
💌CREAM:
🍫Melt the chocolate in a water bathAdd the warm cream and stir until smooth ( do not overheat the mixture, otherwise it will turn into lumps!)
🍫Remove from heat and add the oil (gloss cream), mix well.
Cream ready to use immediately, so it’s easier to coat the cakes.
