Chocolate Ice Cream




INGREDIENTS:
● 100 gr. dark chocolate
● 3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 Cup milk
● cream 33-35%- 300 grams
PREPARATION: 
Warm the milk with the sugar, add the broken chocolate, stir until it dissolves. Then the mixture is cool. Whip the chilled cream and mix them with the chocolate mixture. Put in the freezer for a few hours. 2 to 3 hours to stir the ice cream to avoid ice. Soft homemade chocolate ice cream.
