Coffee and nutty CAKES



 Prepare cake with nuts in a coffee glaze.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
Butter or margarine – 225 g
Condensed milk – 1 can
Sugar syrup – 2 tablespoons. l.
Nuts (any taste) – 500 g
Shortbread – 400g
For the glaze: Powdered sugar – 750 ml
Ground coffee – 2 tbsp. l.
Water
Preparation:
Melt butter and add the condensed milk and syrup. Mix thoroughly.
Finely chop the nuts and shortbread and add to the resulting mixture.
Pour the resulting mass into a greased baking dish and put on 25 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C.
Make the glaze: Mix powdered sugar with ground coffee and add a little water (until smooth). Pour glaze cake ready and leave for 20 minutes.
Cut the cake into small squares and serve.
