Strawberry cocktail with chocolate




Ingredients:
Strawberry – 3.5 cups
vanilla ice cream – 2 cups
chocolate glaze:
butter – 70g
milk chocolate – 80-100 g
cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
Preparation:
Melt the butter in the microwave. Chocolate finely mangled or chop and mix with the oil so that it will melt. If you want to put back in the microwave for this purpose. Add cocoa and stir until smooth.
In a blender, beat the strawberries with ice cream. If necessary, pour a little milk. Pour into a glass and pour the glaze before serving. Garnish with strawberries.
