it is andhra special sweet item....expecially preparing mostly in pongal festival....making with rice flour,jaggery,sesame seeds....its having good taste.....easy method.. INGREDIENTS: Rice flour 500 gms Jaggery 300 gms Sesame seeds 2 tbl spns Oil To deep fry METHOD: 1.Soak rice overnight and strain water, dry it on a cloth and later blend into fine rice powder. 2. Take a pan and add jaggery, little water and boil it until we get laddu consistency jaggery syrup when placed in water. 3. Remove from the stove and add sesame seeds, oil and mix it. 4. Add rice flour and keep stirring it, allow it to rest for some time. 5. Divide dough into small portion and press with hand on polythene sheet and deep fry in oil. 6. Remove from oil and press with two ladles, so that excess oil is removed, later transfer into a plate 7. Now ariselu are ready to serve.
