How to cook:
1. Lightly fry the finely chopped onion.
2. Add the diced bell pepper.
3. When peppers are tender, add the minced garlic.
4. Tomatoes, peel, previously lowered in boiling water for 30 seconds, cut into cubes and add to the pan. Salt, add spices.
5. When the mixture boils, make it 4 deepening and in every gently pour one egg.
6. Cook on low heat until then, until the eggs are ready (the degree of roasting choose at your own discretion). Each egg a little salt and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
7. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
