Pancakes from mashed potatoes.


Great recipe pancakes from mashed potato, greens and Cheddar cheese.

Ingredients


300 gr. potatoes (prepared mashed potatoes)
150 gr. cheese (Cheddar)
4 feather green onions
1 piece chicken egg
1/2 Cup flour (wheat)
to taste vegetable oil
to taste pepper (black ground)
salt to taste
Instructions 
1. Cheese RUB on a large grater, green onions finely chop.
2. In a large bowl put mashed potatoes, egg, 3 tablespoons flour and prepared Cheddar cheese and green onions. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly the mixture for vegetable pancakes.
3. From the prepared potato mixture forming small balls about 12 pieces and crushed the beads into a small pellet with a thickness of 1-1,5 see
4. The prepared pellet of mashed potatoes and sprinkle with flour on both sides and put batches in the hot oil. Fry hash Browns until crisp and Golden-brown on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Add more oil to the pan as needed between batches.
5. Put the finished fritters on paper towels and sprinkle with a little salt. Serve pancakes of mashed potatoes with sour cream and greens. Bon appetit!!!
Notes for the recipe
If potato mixture is too dry, add another egg. If the mixture is too liquid add more flour. Cheddar cheese on request can be replaced by any other semi-hard varieties (Gouda, Tilsiter, Poshehonsky, etc.).
