Struffoli




Ingredients:
450 g flour
4 medium eggs
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
lemon or orange zest to taste
vegetable oil for deep-frying
For the syrup:
200 g of honey
3 tbsp. sugar
For decoration:
candied fruits to taste
multi-colored sprinkle balls
Preparation:
1. Mix the flour with zest, salt and sugar, pour on a work surface slide. Make a deepening in the middle and crack in the eggs.
