Ingredients used in Egg Rolls |
• Eggs - 6 number. |
• Yellow pumpkin (chopped) - 1/4 cup. |
• Carrot (chopped) - 1/4 cup. |
• Spring onion (chopped) - 1/4 cup. |
• Beetroot (chopped) - 1/4 cup. |
• Oil - 1 tablespoon. |
• Sweet corn - 1/4 cup. |
• Salt - to taste. |
Method: |
- Break open eggs, separate egg white, and yolks.
- Take the bowl with egg white, add sweet corn, chopped pumpkins, carrots, and whisk it.
- Then prepare another mixture with egg yolks, salt, chopped spring onions, beetroot and beat well.
- Heat oil in a pan, pour whisked egg white mixture and cook it.
- Now pour a layer of egg yolk mixture on top and cook well.
- At last,top with one more layer of egg white mixture and cook it.
