Ingredients used in Egg Rolls
• Eggs - 6 number.
• Yellow pumpkin (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Carrot (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Spring onion (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Beetroot (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Sweet corn - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Break open eggs, separate egg white, and yolks.
  • Take the bowl with egg white, add sweet corn, chopped pumpkins, carrots, and whisk it.
  • Then prepare another mixture with egg yolks, salt, chopped spring onions, beetroot and beat well.
  • Heat oil in a pan, pour whisked egg white mixture and cook it.
  • Now pour a layer of egg yolk mixture on top and cook well.
  • At last,top with one more layer of egg white mixture and cook it.
