Vegetable salad with cheese and sumac, simple side dish Ingredients, easy to prepare, consisting of varied vegetables, with good feta cheese , and red sesame, to add a 

- For reproduction:
  • Lemon juice: 4 tbsp (acid)
  • Olive oil: 3 tbsp
- Bread: loaf (Lebanese bread, cut into small cubes / large loaf) 
- Oil: heavy (to fry bread) 
- Vita cheese: half a cup (or any kind of white cheese, cut into small cubes) 
- Thyme: 2 tsp (thyme with sesame) 
- Samak: 2 tsp 
- Option: 2 tablets (large size / cut into large pieces) 
- Tomato: 1 medium size (cut into large pieces) 
- Onion: 1 small (small / thinly sliced) 
- lettuce: 3 cups (cut into large pieces) 
- Mint: 2 tbsp (fresh, minced) 
- pomegranate: 2 tbsp 
How to prepare
1.  Fry the Arabic bread in a pan of hot oil container, until golden, then drain and set aside.
2.  Flake the cheese cubes into the thyme, then the basmica, until completely covered.
3.  Add to salad bowl, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, cheese cubes, minced mint and pomegranate.
4.  To mix : Mix lemon juice and oil well. Add the staple to the power, stirring. Decorate the dish with bread, just before serving
