Ingredients

- Spinach: 200 g (minced coarsely) 
- Beetroot: 500 g (boiled peeled and cubed)

- lemon juice: 5 tbsp 
- honey: 2 tbsp

How to make


1.  Place the spinach in a deep deep dish.
2. Place the beetroot and arrange it over the spinach.
3.  Spread the feta cheese and onion over it.
4.  Mix lemon juice, oil, salt, honey and custard in a good bowl.
5.  Mix the mixture over the salad and put it immediately.
