Dessert without baking

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese — 400 g
  • Sour cream — 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar powder (or sugar) — 80-100 g
  • Biscuit biscuit cookies («Jubilee») — 9 pcs.
  • Milk — 100 ml
  • Chocolate (for decoration) — 50 g

Preparation:

In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar. Blend thoroughly using an immersion blender until a smooth consistency is achieved. If the cottage cheese appears dry, incorporate a few more tablespoons of sour cream to achieve the desired texture. While powdered sugar offers smoothness, granulated sugar can be substituted, but there's a risk of graininess.

Cover a cutting board with either plastic wrap or a large food-grade bag. Pour milk into a separate bowl. Dip each biscuit into the milk and arrange them in three rows of three pieces each on the prepared surface. On the middle row of biscuits, spread the entire cottage cheese mixture.

Gently lift the two side rows of biscuits using the plastic wrap and press them against the cottage cheese mixture to form a house-like structure. Carefully wrap the assembled "house" in plastic wrap and refrigerate for six to eight hours to set.

Prior to serving, embellish the house with melted chocolate. For easy melting, place the chocolate in a small bag and submerge it in hot water until melted. Once melted, snip a small corner of the bag and drizzle the chocolate decoratively over the dessert. Enjoy your whimsical creation!
