Fruit baskets


Ingredients:
  • For the dough:
  • 200 g flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 70 g sugar or powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs

For filling:
  • 2 large apples of non-acid varieties
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 Mandarin
  • lemon jelly

Preparation:
  1. Cut into thin slices of kiwi and apples, divide the tangerines into slices.
