Delicious Lagman




Ingredients:
  • 800 grams of long vermicelli
  • 700g of meat
  • 2 large onions
  • 2-3 carrots
  • tomato paste or 3-4 tomatoes
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • dill
  • parsley
  • rosemary
  • basil

Preparation:
  1. Prepare the Cauliflower:
    • Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
    • Heat vegetable oil in a pan and thinly chop the onions until they turn transparent.
    • Cut the meat into small cubes and fry it with onions until it gets a dark crust.
    • Add finely chopped carrots and continue frying.
  2. Cook the Sauce:
    • Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
    • Pour in 1.5 liters of water and bring it to a boil.
    • Reduce the heat, add salt and pepper to taste, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Potatoes:
    • While the sauce is simmering, peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
    • Add the diced potatoes to the sauce and continue cooking until they are tender.
  4. Add Final Touches:
    • Stir in finely chopped greens and bay leaves.
    • Close the lid, remove from heat, and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Prepare the Spaghetti:
    • In a separate pot, boil salted water.
    • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
    • Drain the water and rinse the spaghetti with cold water to prevent sticking.
  6. Serve:
    • Divide the cooked spaghetti into plates.
    • Ladle the prepared sauce over the spaghetti and serve hot.
