Ingredients:
- 800 grams of long vermicelli

- 2-3 carrots

- Add the diced potatoes to the sauce and continue cooking until they are tender.
- Add Final Touches:
- Stir in finely chopped greens and bay leaves.
- Close the lid, remove from heat, and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Prepare the Spaghetti:
- In a separate pot, boil salted water.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the water and rinse the spaghetti with cold water to prevent sticking.
- Serve:
- Divide the cooked spaghetti into plates.
- Ladle the prepared sauce over the spaghetti and serve hot.
