Ingredients:
Onion 1 head
Minced beef 500 g
½ Head garlic
Tomatoes 2 pieces
Tomato paste 2 teaspoons
Ground black pepper pinch
Sea salt to taste
Spaghetti 400 g
Preparation:
1. Spaghetti: fill the pan with water, put on fire. Remember the Golden ratio for cooking spaghetti: 1000 ml of water / 100 grams of spaghetti / 10 grams of salt.
2. Meatballs: finely chop onions, mix with meat, salt and pepper, add egg, roll into balls, roll in flour.
3. In the pan pour sunflower oil, fry the meatballs slightly, add tomatoes, put out. Tomato paste diluted with water, add to the rest of the ingredients. Add spices: pepper, salt, a mixture of Italian herbs (you can put fresh Basil). In sauce can be add still anything, for example, I add pepper.
4. Boil the spaghetti until tender, drain, add a drop of olive or butter (who likes it), and add a little salt.
5. Serve mixed in a deep dish.
